WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OUT OF?

Our pieces are all 316L Stainless Steel with a 14/18 k gold plaiting. We ensure to provide you with the best quality at an affordable price. Each piece is hypoallergenic and tarnish free if taken care of properly!

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

We do have a return policy which is valid for 10 days from the day the items were purchased. Refunds are not applicable. If an item is received damaged, a photo of proof must be presented and we will send you a new piece of your choice for the same value of money spent. Discount items will not be able to be exchanged. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our payment methods include cards and Paypal. If you wish to pay in cash you can contact us via Instagram or Facebook and a pick up/ drop off system will be organised. For drop off options a small fee of €3 will be charged. 

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

In need of a last minute gift? Don't stress! We offer same day pick up or drop off in urgent cases. Drop offs in urgent cases will be charged a small fee of €4. All you have to do is message us privately via Instagram or Facebook once the order has been made and leave the rest to us!

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Please allow 3-4 working days for orders made in Malta and 7-10 working days for international orders.
