WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OUT OF?
Our pieces are all 316L Stainless Steel with a 14/18 k gold plaiting. We ensure to provide you with the best quality at an affordable price. Each piece is hypoallergenic and tarnish free if taken care of properly!
SOMETHING HAPPENED TO ONE OF MY JEWELLERY PIECES
If you are not happy with your order kindly contact us as soon as possible. We will try solve the issue immediately :)
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
We do have a return policy which is valid for 10 days from the day the items were purchased. If you want to exchange the piece you ordered with something else from the website we are happy to exchange it for you.
If an item is received damaged, a photo of proof must be presented and we will send you a new piece of your choice for the same value of money spent. Refunds are not applicable.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our payment methods include all cards. If you wish to pay in cash you can contact us via Instagram or Facebook and a pick up/ drop off system will be organised. For drop off options a small fee of €3 will be charged.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
In need of a last minute gift? Don't stress! We offer same day pick up or drop off in urgent cases. Drop offs in urgent cases will be charged a small fee of €4. All you have to do is message us privately via Instagram or Facebook once the order has been made and leave the rest to us!
Same day pick up is free of charge :)
HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
Malta & Gozo:
Standard Shipping : €1.50 : 3-5 days
Tracked Shipping : €2.50 : 2-4 days
Urgent Shipping : €3.50 : 1-3 days
7-10 working days for international orders.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
This is because we begin processing your order immediately through our automated system to ensure quick dispatch and delivery. Additionally, our website and payment providers charge non-refundable transaction fees the moment an order is submitted. These costs are incurred regardless of cancellation, making it impractical for us to reverse the process.
